Meet Your Team

Where Parkinson's Research Meets Personalized Care.

Dr. Karin Duncan is among a small group of naturopathic physicians nationwide who have completed advanced training in a comprehensive, whole-person approach to Parkinson's disease informed

by the published research of Laurie Mischley, ND, PhD --

and the only physician with this specialized training serving the Inland Northwest.

Rather than relying on trends or one-size-fits-all recommendations, care is built on current research, thoughtful clinical evaluation, and personalized treatment strategies designed to support each individual's unique journey with Parkinson's disease.

Dr. Karin Duncan

Doctorate Naturopathic Medicine,  Bastyr University

“I believe that any path to wellness is the correct one.

By using the tools we innately possess combined with the art and science of medicine, we can uncover the deeper root of disease and work on an individual basis to improve the state of health.

I am deeply interested in each person’s origin story, their life experience, their dreams and goals, and will commit to stimulate and empower my patients along their journey of wellbeing.”

Personal History

Originally from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, Dr. Karin was born and raised on a sustainable homestead without modern amenities. She grew up learning how to provide and survive through gardening, hunting, and fishing, which created a lifelong relationship and deep respect for nature.

After her collegiate experience and witnessing the traumatic unfolding of 9/11, Karin was called to serve in the military as a Naval aviator and deployed to Afghanistan in support of OEF in 2010.

She is currently a loving and devoted wife and mama and enjoys her country life, teaching her son how to find the joys in nature.
