We’ll review your current concerns, medical and neurological history, medications and supplements, lifestyle, nutrition, sleep, movement, stress, and other factors that may be influencing how you feel and function.

We’ll review your current concerns, medical and neurological history, medications and supplements, lifestyle, nutrition, sleep, movement, stress, and other factors that may be influencing how you feel and function.
The visit includes a focused neurological and physical examination as appropriate, review of available records, imaging, and laboratory results, and discussion of any additional testing that may be helpful. We’ll also talk through your priorities and goals so that your care plan reflects what matters most to you.
Before the visit ends, we’ll bring the pieces together, discuss initial recommendations, and outline clear next steps. Because meaningful neurological care takes time, new patient visits are scheduled for 90 minutes so there is room to listen, evaluate, educate, and develop a thoughtful, individualized plan.

Follow-up visits are tailored to your needs and billed based on the amount of time spent together. Depending on what we need to address, your visit may include reviewing symptoms and progress, medications and supplements, laboratory or imaging results, treatment response, lifestyle factors, and changes to your individualized care plan.

The assessment fee includes completion of the Creyos cognitive assessment and clinical interpretation of your results. Time spent reviewing and discussing your results during a clinical visit is billed separately based on time of service.
